Cancellation Policy
Your Appointment is Very Important to us
Your time — and our team’s time — is valuable. To reserve your appointment, we now require a credit card on file when booking online and for all future appointments. This helps us protect our professionals from lost income due to no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
- Cancellations & Reschedules: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
We understand that life happens — and we’ll always do our best to work with you in the event of a true emergency. This policy allows us to keep our schedule fair for both clients and staff, and ensures our professionals are compensated for the time they set aside just for you.
